Due to continued expansion, Penham Excel award winning enforcement agents are looking to recruit a new member to join our DVLA operations team.

£21,600 – £35,000 OTE + company car and uncapped commission
Full time position, West Midlands

Working in the Midlands area, operating an ANPR – Automatic Number Plate Recognition vehicle as used by the Police Force, scanning for untaxed vehicles (located by the ANPR system).

When a vehicle is recognised, a live status check is undertaken, the vehicle is clamped if appropriate and documentation completed. The clamps are approx. 12kg in weight and you will have to carry them to the vehicle for clamping and may have to lie-down to clamp the vehicle. Systems updates are then carried out via an IPAD / company phone.

Operations will also include the releasing of clamps from vehicles following payment.

The successful applicants will be working with a team in the area from the operational base in Willenhall and with recovery drivers to support collections.

Full training is provided with the possibility of further training for the suitable applicants to gain a County Court Enforcement Agent Certificate. This can then lead to the enforcement of Road Traffic Debts, Council Tax and Commercial Rent Arrears.

  • Body Worn Camera System

You must be driven and be willing to work varied hours to hit targets and have a full Driving Licence. Earnings are not capped and are down to the individual Operator.

A Driving License is required and you must be over 25 due to Insurance Requirements.

You must not have any County Court Judgements against you and hold a clear DBS record. You must be able to work as part of a team and able to manage difficult situations and on occasions irate people.
