If the need arises to regain control of a commercial property; then forfeiture could be the action you require. Within most Commercial Leases a clause for Forfeiture will be found, as long as rent arrears exist, then no court action is required for you to take back your property.
The period for carrying out such action can vary, with an agreed grace period being given within the agreement.
One of our Enforcement Agents will attend upon your written instruction and effect peaceable re-entry, taking control of your property by changing the locks and displaying notice of forfeiture of the premises.
Our Enforcement Agents will carry out an assessment of the property where possible, providing a detailed Inventory of goods on site, meter readings and general condition.
This report will be provided for each case undertaken and backed up with photographs along with a full forfeiture report.
