The competency of all our staff is assessed and continually monitored. Where training needs are identified these are provided.
Every member of staff also has a Training Record & Personal Development Plan listing the main areas of knowledge and experience required for the proper performance of their duties. These are signed off by both the member of staff and their immediate line manager on completion of their training. Penham Excel actively encourages training and progression, which motivates our staff to do a quality job each and every time.

At Penham Excel we maintain a training matrix for all of our staff that captures all their relevant training and competencies. This is held centrally on a database and is updated regularly to record all of the courses they have attended.
