Training is conducted by Penham Excel’s in-house trainer, and every new Enforcement Agent regardless of their previous experience, undergoes a comprehensive induction programme.

The induction training programme is conducted upon appointment and no agent is allowed out into the field until they have successfully completed it and have gained a thorough understanding and working practice of our company. Once completed they are then shadowed on visits for the first few weeks and monitored to ensure full compliance to our standard policies and procedures.
