In order to deliver excellent customer care we ensure our staff have access to the appropriate training.
We regularly monitor and evaluate the service we provide, by conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys which not only include our clients, but also their customers.
Telephone calls are answered promptly and we provide direct telephone lines and designated staff members to liaise with our customers. Letters and emails are responded immediately and formal complaints will receive a response within 24 hours and a full reply within 5 working days.
An “open book” policy is operated, welcoming personal visits from our clients to our premises and access to any of our systems and procedures.
We operate and regularly improve our computer systems to assist our customers in a seamless service taking particular care with our electronic security.
We are ISO 9001: 2000 Accredited which enables us to provide a quality service and documented procedures to our customers. Our staff are trained to treat all personal information confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
